From the Airport:
From the airport take the S-Bahn (S8 or S9 direction Hanau) to Frankfurt (Main) and get off at Hauptwache, transfer to the U8 (direction "Frankfurt (Main) Riedberg") and get off at Frankfurt (Main) Uni Campus Riedberg (14 stops) turn right and you will see the campus.
Alternatively, take the U3 (direction Oberursel-Hohemark) and get off at Niederursel (13 stops). Turn right uphill following signs to the "Universität" (~10 minutes walk).
Total: ~60-70 minutes.
By taxi: ~35 minutes, costs about 35-40 €
From Frankfurt Main Station:
From Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof (lower level) take any S-Bahn S1 through S9 (directions Frankfurt-Süd, Offenbach, or Hanau), transfer at Hauptwache (2 stops) take the U8 (direction Riedberg) and get off at Frankfurt (Main) Uni Campus Riedberg (14 stops) turn right and you will see the campus..
Alternatively, take the U3 (direction Oberursel-Hohemark) and get off at Niederursel (13 stops). Then walk ~10 minutes as above.
Total: ~40 minutes.
By taxi: ~20 minutes, costs about 26 €
By car:
The University Campus Riedberg is located in the north of Frankfurt (Main) and is close to the "Bad Homburger Kreuz" of the motorway A5. From the "Bad Homburger Kreuz" please take the A661 in the direction of Offenbach. Take the second exit "Heddernheim, Riedberg" and you will drive on the "Marie-Curie-Straße". Please take a right turn to the "Altenhöfer Allee" at the (second) traffic lights. Please go left at the first roundabout to the "Max-von-Laue-Straße".
Parking: Available on-campus and a small number of parking lots are available for temporary visitors next to the main entrance to the west of the building. Ask at the porter's lodge how to get access to the institute's main car park (with a barrier) on the south of the building. See also the address map.
